How to tell my boyfriend that things need to change or we will have to break up. help?

About 2 months ago my bf and I started dating. Imo, things have been moving way to fast. When he comes over, all he wants to do is make out and do sexually related things. I've never really been strong enough to tell him no because he gets angry. Before we started dating, I kind of looked down on sex before marraige. I feel by dating him I've strayed from my beliefs (I'm not religious at all,btw) and have lost a lot of my innocence and I feel extremly guilty about it. How can I go about addressing this with him without making him mad? I believe a relationship shouldn't be just based on sex, but it seems like he believes otherwise..
