How does the hubble telescope work? thanks?

Basically, it's an unmanned satellite that is always in orbit around the Earth. As you can imagine form the name, it also has a very powerful telescope on it. This means that (since the view form the telescope isn't burdened by the Earth's atmosphere) astronomers can get much clearer and accurate images of the distant cosmos. Since it is unmanned, it means that we have to control it from down here on Earth.
