Multi wives? please answer?

I was wondering if a man can have multi wives in Brazil and/or Panama. Do they allow it? Is it legal? Also can a man take a random women as a wife or do she have to be at a low state such as not being able to provide for her children that she had with a man that as died or divorced her? KJV bible only please. No Islam etc...Im not a Christian but claiming to be one is the closest i can get from what bible I read. thanks
